NEXTDC S3 Sydney Data Centre, located in Artarmon, Sydney, spans over 26,000 sqm across nine levels. Stage 2, completed in June 2023, added 12,000 sqm of data hall space and expanded client areas. Designed by Greenbox Architecture and built by Multiplex, the facility offers 80MW of IT capacity and 10,800 rack spaces.

S3 is interconnected with NEXTDC’s Sydney data centres and the national digital infrastructure network, catering to the growing demand for high-performance, secure data storage.
